Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Before initiating a return, please contact us at artekahome@gmail.com to receive return authorization and instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.

We will cover the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after we receive the returned item. Please note that it may take an additional 5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund and reflect it in your account.
